Energizer to launch smartphone with 18,000mAh battery

 

Energizer will have four lines of phones: Power Max, Ultimate, Energy, and Hardcase.

The Power Max and Ultimate ranges both reportedly include Android smartphones.

Energizer’s 18,000mAh smartphone is expected to form part of the Power Max range, while the Ultimate range is expected to include smartphones that offer pop-up cameras.

The Energy and Hardcase ranges are expected to offer budget smartphones, and will form the majority of Energizer’s new line-up.

The flagship U260S Pop is set to offer a Helio P70 chipset, 6GB RAM, and 128GB storage. It will also reportedly sport a 3,200mAH battery and a fingerprint sensor.

Energizer will unveil its new phones at Mobile World Congress, which runs from 25 February in Barcelona.

Four held over New York state 'plot' against Muslims

Three men and a teenage boy have been arrested and charged over an alleged plot against a small Islamic community in New York state.

The suspects are accused of possessing homemade bombs and firearms, and planning to attack Islamberg, founded by a Pakistani cleric in the 1980s.

The alleged plot was revealed following a tip-off from a school student.

The 25-year-old man, known by his surname Wang, had his kidney removed in an underground clinic before selling it on the black market for 22,000 yuan (£2,528) in 2011 when he was just 17 years old.

The teenager wanted an iPhone and iPad desperately in order to prove to his classmates that he was trendy, but his cash-strapped parents could not afford them.Wang's family were given 1.47 million yuan (£169,000) as compensation, the court ruled in November 2012 as reported by Xiaoxiang Morning Post.

Seven years later after selling his kidney, Wang's life has become extremely difficult.

Miles Brockman Richie seems to have found himself on the wrong side of the law.The 24-year-old model is claimed to have told security at the airport that he was in possession of a bomb on Saturday.he model became irate after being denied entry onto a flight.

He then went on to claim he would detonate a bomb, that he was allegedly in possession of, if security continued to deny him entry.

Richie then punched one of the members of staff before being detained by police.
